These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jili33 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website located at https://jili33.cam and all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and related features accessible through it.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on jili33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any supplementary rules, promotional terms, and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on jili33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not hold an existing Account on jili33 under any other name, email address, or identity.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a jili33 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently barred from the Platform.

4.1 — Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Malaysian mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of it change.

4.2 — One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Account on jili33. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances pending a fraud investigation. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify us immediately.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. jili33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity carried out under your Account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing without delay.

5.1 — Approved Payment Methods

jili33 accepts deposits via the following methods, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified:

5.2 — Deposit Terms

All deposits are processed in MYR and credited to your Real Money Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and promotion but are no less than RM10 for standard deposits. jili33 imposes no platform deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 — Source of Funds

By depositing funds, you confirm that the money originates from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. jili33 reserves the right to request evidence of source funds as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

6.1 — General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on jili33 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between individual promotion terms and this general clause, the individual promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 — Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and any winings generated from bonus play are non-withdrawable until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sports betting contributions are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 — Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds expire as stated in the individual promotion terms, typically within 7 to 14 calendar days of credit. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Players are responsible for tracking their own bonus expiry dates.

6.4 — Bonus Abuse

jili33 employs fraud-detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have winings voided and accounts suspended.

7.1 — Eligibility for Withdrawal

A withdrawal request will only be processed where all of the following conditions are satisfied: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily limit applicable to the User's membership tier; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending investigations.

7.2 — Withdrawal Processing Times

jili33 targets the following processing windows, measured from the time a withdrawal request is approved internally:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: 5 to 30 minutes
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT): 10 to 60 minutes (subject to network confirmation times)

These are operational targets and not contractual guarantees. Processing times may extend during peak periods, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.

7.3 — Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits apply per membership tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to MYR 5,000 per day; Silver members up to MYR 15,000; Gold members up to MYR 50,000. Monthly withdrawal limits are set at five times the daily limit. jili33 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceding MYR 10,000.

All games and betting markets on jili33 operate under rules specific to each product category. By placing a bet or spin, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. General provisions include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. jili33 does not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in the case of a verified system error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the round or bet in question is declared void and the staked amount is returned to the player's balance.
• jili33 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse bets from any Account at its sole discretion, including limiting maximum bet sizes for certain markets or games.
• Slot RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published per game and reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return across all players. Individual session outcomes may vary significantly from the stated RTP.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jili33 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical device to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage, match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated gambling designed to exploit the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any suspected bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, agents, or other users via any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or financial position to jili33 for any purpose.

jili33 is obligated to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC is also triggered at jili33's discretion in connection with deposits exceding specified thresholds, requests for tier upgrades, or as part of routine AML compliance review.

Required Documents

• Identity Document: Valid Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Passport (bio page), or Malaysian driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Unifi), bank statement (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), or official government correspondence — dated within three months of submission.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Account holder holding their identity document next to their face with both the face and ID clearly visible.

KYC documents are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours of complete submission. jili33 may request additional documentation at any stage where the initial submission is insufficient to confirm identity to the required standard.

jili33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account under the following circumstances, without prior notice where urgent action is required:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including those relating to eligibility, prohibited conduct, or KYC obligations.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the required timeframe following a verification request.
• Account inactivity exceding 12 consecutive months, subject to advance notice and applicable dormant account procedures.
• Upon receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the Account holder.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the User, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the User's own request and no breach is present, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili33's liability to any User arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili33 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profits or opportunity; (b) losses arising from interruption of internet connectivity, device failure, or third-party payment processing delays; (c) losses caused by the User's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) inaccuracies in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers, where the error is corrected upon discovery.

jili33 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. jili33 does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. jili33 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications for session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.
